Become a Conservation Financer

Some land conservation deals require agile financial strategies that enable us to act quickly when a property is for sale. Conservation financers can help with low-interest loans, liquidity to buy and hold a piece of land temporarily, or other restricted gifts. Contact Ellen Kazary at ellen@greatlandtrust.org for more information.

Donate a Conservation Easement

Do you own property that you would like to permanently conserve? GLT works with landowners who wish to donate conservation easements. The property remains in private ownership, and the conservation easement—which restricts development—remains part of the land record.

Make an In-Kind Gift

GLT gratefully accepts gifts of goods and services. Please contact Ellen Kazary at (907) 278-4998 or ellen@greatlandtrust.org if you would like to support GLT with an in-kind gift.
